The Management Company will provide a contact point for all investors, students and parents. The College will use this contact for referring letting enquiries. This service will include the references of tenants and drawing up lease agreements on behalf of the investor. Some of the services include:

A separate letting and management service for the academic year will provide all students and parents with one point of contact for enquiries concerning lettings. The college will also use this agent as a single point of contact for referring enquiries. This service will also include checking bona fides of prospective tenants and drawing up lease with the landlord, provision of access cards for students and maintenance of the residents' database. The manager on site will be the first point of contact for any queries from the students.
